Friday (Mound City):
- 5:50 am - Yoga

Saturday (Mound City):

-7:30 am - emPower cancelled this week

 

Descriptions:

- Deep Stretch: awesome for beginners; for those who desire greater range of motion and flexibility; and for those who focus on cardio and strength and desire to speed up recovery

Flow: A class that moves from one posture to another, building strength and flexibility.

emPower: A blend of HITT, plyometrics and cardio, strength, balance and yoga.
